These terms apply to your use of growstrong.io (the “site”), run by Grow Strong (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Our services
The site describes our services and products, including CertifyHub. It is for general information only and isn’t an offer to provide services. When we work with you, the terms of that work, including scope, pricing and deliverables, are set out in a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
Prices shown on the site, such as starting prices for evaluations, are a guide and may change. Your final price is the one in your agreement with us.
Examples on the site, such as the example badge, are illustrations. They are not real credentials.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes. Please don’t:
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the systems behind it;
- send us spam, malicious code or content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights;
- copy large parts of the site, or use automated tools to collect its content, without our permission.
Our content
The site’s content, including text, graphics, the Grow Strong name and logo, the STRONG Framework and CertifyHub, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the site’s pages for your own information and your organization’s internal use. Any other use needs our written permission.
Where we say a resource is free to use, such as the STRONG Framework, you may use it as we describe. That doesn’t give you rights to our name or logo, or permission to sell the resource.
What you send us
When you contact us, you confirm that the information you send is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle personal information as described in our privacy policy.
Links to other websites
The site links to websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its content is complete or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Grow Strong isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
