This policy explains what personal information Grow Strong (“we”, “us”) collects through growstrong.io, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email us at hello@growstrong.io.
It covers this website only. When we work with your company, the information handled as part of that work, including anything in the CertifyHub platform, is covered by our agreement with your company.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form or email us, we receive what you send: usually your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you write in your message.
Our contact form. The form on our site is provided by Coffee Brain and loads from coffeebrain.net. What you submit through it goes to Coffee Brain, which stores it for us so we can follow up.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time of your visit. Our web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address when the page loads.
Our own pages don’t set cookies, and we don’t use advertising or tracking tools. If we add an analytics tool, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To reply to you and talk about how we might work together.
- To keep records of our business conversations.
- To keep the site secure and filter out spam.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our website host, our email provider and Coffee Brain, which runs our contact form. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep contact information for as long as we need it to talk with you and keep reasonable business records, and then we delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under privacy laws there. To make a request, email hello@growstrong.io. We will respond within the time the law requires.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send us sensitive information, such as financial or health details, through the contact form or by email.
Where your information is processed
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as those of companies we’ve worked with. Their privacy practices are their own, so check their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
